General guidance for booking, attending your appointment and using your secure patient portal.
How to book an appointment
Use the Book Appointment page to choose a service, select a doctor or department and pick from available times. You may also call us at 824-2566. Every online request is reviewed by our team, and you will receive a confirmation once your visit is scheduled.
What to bring to your appointment
Bring a valid photo identification, a list of any medications you are currently taking, and any medical documents related to your visit — such as previous laboratory results or imaging reports.
How to use the Patient Portal
Select Patient Portal at the top of this website and sign in with your email and password. Your dashboard shows your next appointment, notifications, medications and care updates. The portal works on your phone as well as your computer.
How to view your results
Laboratory and imaging results are released to your portal after the ordering physician has reviewed them. Open Laboratory or Imaging in the portal to read the written result, structured values and any attached report.
How to access your documents
Documents holds your laboratory reports, imaging reports, prescriptions, certificates, invoices and receipts. Medical documents are never public: each time you open one, access is authorized for you and a temporary secure link is issued. If a link expires, simply open the document again — your record stays available.
Invoices and receipts
Payments are made in person at the medical center. Once your payment is recorded, the invoice and its receipt appear in the Billing section of your portal, where you can view or download either document.
